6. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay subscription fees may result in service suspension or termination
• Prices shown include VAT where applicable

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Prime Sniper at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the service or Discord server
• Non-payment of subscription fees

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Prime Sniper, including but not limited to software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and data, are the exclusive property of Prime Sniper and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of Prime Sniper is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in the Privacy Policy to provide and improve our service.
