This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which MMT DISTRIBUTION LTD (trading as Prime Sniper) handles subscription cancellations and refund requests.
1. Subscription Model
Prime Sniper operates on a monthly subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your Prime Sniper subscription at any time by:
- Contacting us via email at contact@mmt-distribution.uk
- Requesting cancellation in our Discord server
- Managing your subscription through your Stripe customer portal (if available)
2.2 When Cancellation Takes Effect
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your access to Prime Sniper will continue until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days in your current billing period
- Your Discord roles and access will be removed at the end of the billing period
Important: Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next period.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our digital service, all subscription fees are generally non-refundable. This includes:
- Monthly subscription charges
- Partial months of service
- Unused portions of your subscription period
3.2 Exceptions
We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:
- Service Outage: If Prime Sniper experiences a prolonged service outage lasting more than 48 consecutive hours
- Billing Error: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times due to a system error
- Account Issues: If technical problems on our end prevented you from accessing the service
- Unauthorized Charges: If you can demonstrate that charges were made without your authorization
3.3 First-Time Subscribers
If you are a first-time subscriber and are dissatisfied with the service:
- You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription
- The refund must be requested via email to contact@mmt-distribution.uk
- You must provide a reason for the refund request
- This 7-day satisfaction guarantee applies only to your first subscription payment
- Subsequent renewals are not eligible for this guarantee
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the circumstances outlined above:
- Send an email to contact@mmt-distribution.uk
- Include your Discord username and email address used for subscription
- Clearly state the reason for your refund request
- Provide any relevant details or evidence (e.g., screenshots of errors)
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
5. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method via Stripe
- Processing time is typically 5-10 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
- Your access to Prime Sniper will be immediately revoked upon refund approval
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer.
- Chargebacks may result in immediate termination of your account
- We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks
- Accounts terminated due to chargebacks may be permanently banned from future use
7. Service Changes and Price Adjustments
If we make significant changes to the service or pricing:
- Existing subscribers will receive 30 days' advance notice
- You may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect
- Price increases do not entitle you to a refund of previous payments
8. Prohibited Refund Requests
Refund requests will be denied for the following reasons:
- Change of mind after using the service for the majority of the billing period
- Dissatisfaction with deal quality or market conditions (we provide tools, not guaranteed profits)
- Lack of personal time or inability to utilize the service
- Violations of our Terms of Service resulting in account termination
- Suspension due to fraudulent activity or abuse
9. VAT Refunds
For VAT-registered businesses in the UK:
- You are responsible for claiming VAT refunds through your VAT return
- We do not process VAT refunds directly
- VAT invoices are available through your Stripe customer portal
10. Free Trials and Promotional Periods
If we offer free trials or promotional periods:
- No refunds are applicable for free trial periods (as no payment was made)
- You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged
- Promotional pricing is subject to the same refund policy as standard pricing
